Novotek are a Swedish owned business, and we deliver Industrial IT and Automation solutions.
What are you promoting at the IoT Tech Expo today?
We provide a range of products, which starts with hardware right from remote access controllers, to maximize screens and take on analytics, to software which collects the data and we then take it up into the cloud. The reason we're here is that because this is IoT so, and we sell a base solution based on industrialized IoT.
What industries can your solutions be used for?
Our clients tend to be people who are anything like from the early gas industry right through to food manufacturing and anything else in between. There’s currently a lot of buzz for industrialized IoT, but not many people out there have a solution or something that's workable. We work very closely with GE, and we have helped them to implement their Predix platform. It has been around for a number of years and is an even solution so, that's effectively what we are presenting today.
What do you hope to gain from the event?
Two things; (1) we are creating awareness about our company, and this is one of the channels that we use to do that, and (2) we’re looking to talk to customers who are looking to find out more about industrialized IOT and maybe educate them about it as well.
