Danville Partners has declared the acquirement of Multi-Flex, an automation machinery supplier, and has included it in the Danville Automation Holding's list of companies featuring Simplimatic Automation and Advantage Puck Technologies.
Michael A. Gaudiani, Managing Partner of Danville Partners, and Chairman of Danville Automation Holdings, has stated that the unparallel production line and customer network of Multi-Flex will provide excellent options for development and will serve as a superior complement to the automation portfolio of their company. He added that the total solutions offered by their latest partnership will deploy their technological expertise, service and product abilities.
According to Tom DiNardo, President of Simplimatic Automation, the name of Multi-FLEX will not be modified and its facility will maintain its sustained operations in Sarasota. He added that the clients of Multi-FLEX can experience the same service as well as Simplimatic’s new products and global service abilities.
