  • With IC in the tray, the lead shape, foreign matter between leads and on the lead, characters and damage on the package surface, void, etc. can be checked as final inspection before shipment.
  • Each tray is automatically transferred from the stack for image inspection.
  • NG products are automatically replaced with OK parts. Trays with all OK parts are stored.
  • Inspection is performed without removal of products from the tray. There is no bending of lead due to handling.
  • IC appearance inspention system RV5252 is internally incorporated. A 3D optical head can also be attached.
