Fisnar has launched Free Video Trials for their fluid dispensing applications. The new business development provides customers an opportunity to program and confirm a dispensing application before purchasing it without having to spend engineering time on it.

Through this service engineers from Fisnar will help their customers in choosing the right robot for their application and also provide assistance for integrating the system. There will be no charges for this trial service; the only cost will be the shipping charges for delivering the product.

The clients who are interested in any of the automated dispensing solutions need to send in a sample of the job to be accomplished, a sample of the best or satisfactorily completed section and a sample of the fluid or paste that is to be dispensed. Additionally an electronic copy of the MSDS and TDS is to be sent along with the fluid to Fisnar. After receiving all of the above, Fisnar engineers will prepare a program and a narrative video for the required job. The parts finished in the trial will be returned to the client for inspection along with a narrative DVD which provides details of their recommendations on the suitable dispensing system. The free trial program offers a confirmed, flexible and cost-effective approach for choosing automated dispensing systems. Fisnar provides fluid dispensing automated solutions for cyanoacrylates, adhesives, silicone, epoxy, UV cure formulations etc.
