Semaphore Announces Extended Temperature Range for T-BOX LT RTU

The T-BOX LT’s validation of extended temperature range promotes its applications in outdoor installations.

The T-BOX LT is a compact, robust platform with approximately 32 I/O points. It enables integral communications such as RS-485 two-wire, Ethernet, RS-232, and a variety of spread spectrum radio, GSM/GPRS modem, PSTN modem, GSM 3G modem, and RS-232 with complete modem control.

The T-BOX utilizes an innovative, discrete architecture that allows the overall integration of alarm management, programmable automation, data logging, and IP telemetry in a centralized package. In addition, it supports web technologies that facilitate communication through SMS text, e-mail, and FTP. The T-BOX systems are available in a simple configuration. It is more cost effective compared to traditional PLC and SCADA architectures.

The RTU products of Semaphore are suitable for an extensive range of monitoring and control applications in areas of asset management, transportation, oil & gas, broadcast or telecom, power, and wastewater industries.

Founded in 2006, Semaphore is a wholly-owned subsidiary following the mutual partnerships of two CSE Global companies, RTUnet, of Australia, and TechnoTrade SA, of Belgium. Based in Singapore, the company has employed over 1500 qualified and technical staff providing expertise services in the industrial automation, environmental, telecommunications, and healthcare markets, successfully for more than two decades.
