Martello Technologies declared that it has been selected by Mitel, a provider of Unified Communications and Collaboration software solutions, to deliver Martello’s proprietary technology for Mitel's Remote Monitoring and Access Services (RMAS).
Mitel supplies remote management tools and monitoring services to the channel partners as a value-added offering for expanding service operations across the line of Mitel UCC solutions.
Driven by Martello Technologies MarWatch, Mitel's RMAS is a major constituent of Mitel's global services and support portfolio that promotes Mitel solutions’ life cycle and improves its operational management. Mitel authorizedPARTNERs can directly incorporate remote management and monitoring within their service and support operations. Mitel systems are proactively examined and assessed by RMAS service solution. RMAS also handles customer issues, through which partners can offer enhanced proactive service with low operation costs void of major capital investment and increased response times.
