HighRes Biosolutions, the global provider of automation solutions for life sciences and the company’s Asian distributor Tekon Biotech, will install a new robotic system for a laboratory in Shanghai, China by the end of this year.

The President of HighRes, Lou Guarracina, said that the new patented loading platform will help in drug research and will also enable multivalent researchers to establish enzyme related biochemical analysis and change their high-content readers for multimode readers. He added that the company has decided to arrange a site visit for those who are keen in observing the operation of the new automated system in Shanghai.

Tekon Biotech’ Shanghai General Manager, Sanger Chang expressed his excitement over partnering with HighRes Biosolutions for providing China with the most advanced robotic system.

This new technology will feature HighRes’ most adaptable robotic solutions like NanoCell, MicroStar and also SteriStore, which is an automated incubator featuring self actuated sterilization.
