The Challenge

Metrology surface inspection is used in applications that require observations with micron or sub-micron accuracy. Additionally, it can be utilized to identify and eradicate any defects at the earliest stage and carry out quality control of the total system throughout the manufacturing process.

The Solution

Agility Series motor kits are developed with ZeroCog™ slotless motor technology in their design to eliminate cogging torque. The precision motion allows for the acquisition of the best quality imaging and scanning data, thus reducing material rework.
