Hine Automation Supplies Customised Vacuum Transfer Platform with Robotic Arm to Nordiko

Nordiko from the United Kingdom has received the shipment of the HA-800 customized according to their needs from Hine Automation during August this year.

The HA-800 system is an eight sided vacuum transfer system platform, which is a combination of HA 5.0V vacuum robotic arm, the HA 75A vacuum optical aligner and the HA 50V vacuum elevator. The HA-800 system is compact size and incorporates flexibility in functioning.

The business manager at Hine Automation claimed that the HA-800 system is one of the most flexible of the vacuum transfer systems. The HA-800 is customised to suit the needs of the customers like Nordiko. Nordiko is an established name in the industry for manufacture of Beam and Vapour Deposition systems that are used for R&D and environments that produce high volume output. The robotic arm of the system comes with a rotary vacuum feed made of Ferro fluidic material and there is a provision of welded bellows for linear feed. The need for external control of the robotic arm is eliminated as it is capable of complete self-control. The arm provides accuracy which meets the 4.5 specifications. The vacuum elevator also is designed with welded bellows for facilitating linear vacuum feed. The accuracy provided by the elevator meets 48V specifications.
