NAO Humanoid Robot to Debut in American TV Series

NAO, the humanoid robot that's recognized the world over, makes its American TV series debut in the fourth season of HBO's popular 'Eastbound and Down'. NAO is scheduled to appear as a character in several episodes, interacting with the series star Kenny Powers, played by Danny McBride. Watch the trailer that includes a shot of NAO dancing.

This follows NAO's previous appearances on the Brazilian TV soap opera ‘Morde e Assopra’ in 2011 and the General Electric's TV commercial 'Brilliant Machines' in 2012.

NAO's popularity is not just on TV.

Type "NAO Robot" on YouTube and thousands of videos will appear, each one from a university or high school student, and each one an example of how NAO is used as a teaching platform for Science and Technology classes.
