The Industrial Automation Group of Advantech has released an 8-channel Resistive Thermal Device (RTD) module (APAX-5013) and a 12-channel High Speed Analog Input module (APAX-5017H). These latest I/O modules offer enhanced performance for industrial production, data acquirement, environment inspection and plant monitoring requirements.
The APAX-5013 is developed to acquire accurate temperature data and to identify wire burn-out by means of setting up maximum and minimum standard limiting factors. It can function even if the RTD sensor stops working.
The I/O points of the APAX-5017H have 12 channels and every channel features a sampling rate of 1,000 samples per second. Every channel’s input type is customizable by several types of voltage and current like 0~500mV, +-10 V, 0~10V, 0~20mA and 4~20mA respectively.
APAX-5013 and APAX-5017H feature hot swab ability for minimizing idle time and cost factors.
