Consumer goods, food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries are taking the help of machine vision technology to ensure that its products are compliant with the bar coding and labelling regulations and ensure high quality and safety in their products.
The Vision HAWK smart camera is equipped with decoders which can read text and bar codes and inspect the finished products in terms of position of the label, alignment of the cap, verifying the level of the product filled etc. The smart camera can be easily integrated into the production procedure since it comes along with Ethernet connectivity, lens and lighting that are integrated and industrial IP65/67. The Vision HAWK can be easily installed as it has a user-friendly AutoVISION software interface. The camera can also accommodate the advanced Visionscape platform for more complicated configurations. Under circumstances where the camera’s focus may have to be altered according to change in the production line, the time lag can be reduced as it has liquid lens autofocus technology.
Microscan will exhibit the Vision HAWK system at the PACK EXPO to be held in Las Vegas from September 26-28.
