IMA LIFE Releases Automated Tablet Bottling System

IMA LIFE has released UNILINE, an adaptable conveying, filling and capping system, which uses B&R Industrial Automation’s control technologies for streamlining its performance. The system can perform several tablets bottling functions like container loading, desiccant insertion, counting and filling, cotton insertion, capping, rejection and coding.

Every container is placed inside a separate enclosure on the conveyor, assuring traceability at each level of the packing cycle. Size constituents are not necessary for switching, irrespective of container measurements.

The UNILINE system also assures complete visibility and approachability during every packaging phase, thereby avoiding any wandering product from becoming concealed on the conveyor lane.

The small counting lane of UNILINE is highly optimized and it utilizes minimum floor space when compared to a traditional counting line. This system is a new addition in packing solid objects into various containers and the system is based on IMA SAFE SWIFTPACK, IMA SAFE LINE and IMA SAFE NOVA.
