MEDTECH Sells First ROSA Robotic Surgery System in Turkey through New Partnership with Medikon

MEDTECH, a company specialized in designing, developing and marketing innovative surgical assistance robots, announced that it has entered an exclusive distribution contract in Turkey with Medikon, a company specialized in distributing and marketing innovative robotic devices, with a strong focus in the neurosurgery market.

MEDTECH also announced the first sale of a ROSA™ robotic surgery system in Turkey through its new agreement with Medikon.

This distribution contract and first sale of the ROSA™ robotic surgery system in Turkey allow Medtech to extend its international potential into a large market. The Turkish medical device market grew at a compound annual rate of 2.4% over the 2008-2013 period and has a promising outlook for growth for the coming years," said Bertin Nahum, CEO and Founder of Medtech.
