Eaton has partnered with Level Platforms and N-Able Technologies for obtaining software for remotely monitoring and managing its uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS).
Ramesh Menon, Director of Global Channel Marketing for Eaton, has stated that this collaboration will enable their resellers to provide a totally managed service platform for their clients. He added that these platforms feature three extensive policy modules for inspecting UPS products for several functions like battery runtime, humidity and temperature levels, voltage problems and proactive warnings for replacing with an advanced battery.
According to Peter Sandiford, CEO of Level Platforms, UPS management and inspection are significant services for MSPs since any error could lead to negative impacts. He added that their partnership with Eaton will enable MSPs to include a new value enriched contribution to their clients.
