Inspection Designer comes equipped with a new image grading functionality that allows users to easily grade and identify the various defect types present within each image.
Inspection Designer also supports Verification, which confirms if the vision system is producing the desired results by comparing the grades of the inspection results with previously stored and graded images. Inspection Designer provides vision systems, the ability to test the inspection tools with the collection of graded images. It also allows them to add new images to the library of graded parts. End users can use Inspection Designer to check if factory floor adjustments have affected a previously working inspection application.
