FANUC’s Palletizing Robot Packs Multiple Products on Multiple Pallets

Pacepacker Services, a company that renders system integration services for robots and a strategic partner of FANUC, predicts that FANUC's recent M-410i range of palletizing robots would increase the output of production in companies with limited spaces.

The M-410iB/140H is a super fast yet a compact robot, which can often complete cycles in less than two seconds.

This compact robot, with a payload capacity of 140kg, features a slimmer arm and wrist. The M-410iB/140H is suitable for palletizing multiple products onto multiple pallets using barcode scanning or vision systems. The latest M-410i range of palletizing robots will enable Pacepacker to provide its clients with simple and effective solutions.

Pacepacker Business Development Manager, Paul Wilkinson, stated that the success of an installation is determined by the simplicity of design. He mentioned that this palletizing robot system can pack multiple products in several variations on multiple pallets. He further added that this cost-effective solution will eliminate the need for multiple robots and provide clients with an optimal solution to upgrade according to their business needs.
