Huaxing Machinery Announces Development and Sale of Robotic Welding Systems
Huaxing Machinery announced that the first set of robotic welding system have been developed and sold off for RMB 14 million on 27th December 2011.
This achievement was obtained after the successful completion of research and development on the robotic welding system.
Huaxing Machinery’s Chairman, Xianhua Sun stated that the sale of the robotic welding systems represents a significant achievement for the company and is in line with the company’s strategy to expand its product and revenue growth. Xianhua Sun added that Huaxing is an expert in research and development and also in developing advanced robotic welding system. These systems are specially developed for producing corrugated web beams. The latest products will further expand the company’s growth in the next five years, Xianhua Sun said.
The robotic welding systems will be mainly used by steel structure fabrication firms. At present, China has around 4,300 steel structure fabrication firms.
Huaxing Machinery also announced the appointment of Xiuxue Chai as the Director and CEO of the company. Chai was the Corporate Secretary and Chief Operating Officer of Shandong Huaxing Mechanical from November 2006 to December 2011. He joined the company in 1990 and worked as Manager of Accounting, General Manager and Deputy General Manager. He was also the Chairman of Shandong Huaxing's agricultural machinery division.
