The new facility, located at 4295 Hamilton Mill Road, Suite 100 in Buford, GA not only hosts the heart of business operations, but also is home to OMNIMETRIX's recently launched Global Network Operation Center which provides 24/7 response capabilities to its customers.
The new office, three times the size of the previous location, allows OMNIMETRIX to expand its core teams to support the growth it is experiencing and the rising demand for around-the-clock technical support for emergency back-up power generation systems. OMNIMETRIX's 24-hour services have risen to meet these demands, and it currently offers a wide range of technical support benefits, including support for new monitoring installations, set up and activation, and user interface support and technical support advice.
Deena Redding , OMNIMETRIX's President and CEO, states, "The Global Technical Support Center is a tremendous enhancement to our customer experience. As we expand geographically across the world, we need to provide around-the-clock support for installation and technical support services."
