Taylor Products Releases Automated Vertical Form Fill and Seal Equipment

Taylor Products, a subsidiary of Magnum Systems, has launched V1200 vertical form fill seal equipment into the V-LINE series of packaging systems.

V1200 Vertical Form Fill and Seal Equipment

The V1200 system includes innovative “servo system” film technology and “AUTO-SET” touch screen controls. This user-friendly system offers cost-effective and competent solutions for multifarious packaging requirements.

It can form and fill 2” x 2” to 8” x 14” sized packages weighing 0.5oz to 5lb. Other features include service-free pneumatic system, storage of 50 routines in PLC control and 7” width user interface.

The V-LINE product line embraces five models of packaging machines along with volumetric cup fillers, entire range of auger fillers, pumps and scales to pack granules, liquid and powders in supported as well as in unsupported films. The weight of the package will be up to 50 pounds and the packaging speed is around 100 bags per minute.
