LabTech Software, the only powerful, robust-featured remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform developed by a managed service provider (MSP) for managed service providers, today announced Douglas Merrill, former CIO and VP of Engineering at Google, will deliver the keynote at this year's Automation Nation. The fifth annual event will be held June 2-4, 2014 at the Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, FL.
