The TX3 Community portal introduces a unified social platform for the building that enhances the occupant experience, while eliminating paperwork for property managers, allowing them to focus on the big picture.
The TX3 Community portal houses an occupant details database as well as centralized community documents, forms, FAQs and bulletin boards. It equips residents with a self-service portal for various requests such as trade services, lost keys replacement, amenity booking, parking spot reservations, and much more. Accessible via smartphone, tablets and PC, the html5 based solution is convenient and easy to use with no hardware restrictions.
