The Duchossois Group, Inc. (TDG) announced today that it has acquired Controlled Products Systems Group, Inc. (CPSG), headquartered in Denver, Colorado. CPSG is one of the largest wholesale distributors of perimeter access control solutions in the US, and supplies equipment to authorized dealers from coast to coast, offering the highest quality and most widely recognized brands of access control products available on the market. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition supports TDG's commitment to invest in strong, innovative businesses that complement its subsidiary The Chamberlain Group, Inc. (CGI) and serve growing market demand for safety, security, and sales and service support. As a destination company for perimeter access control solutions, CPSG provides state-of-the-art products, technical expertise and superior customer service.

CPSG will continue to be run as a stand-alone business led by Brian Huitt, President. CPSG's headquarters will remain in Denver, Colorado.
