Rockwell Automation Acquires Hiprom

Rockwell Automation has declared that it has acquired a South African company, Hiprom. Hiprom is a developer of mining systems and is associated with global mining firms which are involved in coal and valuable metal mining operations in Africa’s sub-Saharan region.

Hedwig Mess, Official of Rockwell Automation, has stated that the acquisition will widen their company’s development in that region. He added that it will also enable them to widen their presence in the international mining processing segment.
