To automate loading and unloading of deck ovens, they propose the Automatic Loader-Unloader. This system can handle 1 to 5 deck ovens, automatically loading and unloading loaves and directly controlling the operation of the ovens: baking time, steam injection at the start of the cycle, steam vents opening, etc. Capable of working on a whole oven level, it takes up dough pieces from the preparation table and loads them into the oven adapted to their cooking and unloads baked loaves on an evacuation conveyor belt which can also act as a cooling tunnel.
This system saves time and adds ergonomic quality : loading and unloading efforts are removed and the baker’s workstation is distanced from ovens and their heat.
