NCC Automated Systems Acquires Industrial Building

NCC Automated Systems, provider of packaging and automation systems for production and pharmaceutical industries, has procured an industrial facility measuring 28,844 square feet. The building is located at 255 Schoolhouse Rd. in Souderton, PA and the acquirement amount is $2,127,500.

Kevin Mauger, President of NCC Automated Systems, has stated that their company has gone through significant growth over the last few years. He added that the acquirement of the new building will enable them to offer totally integrated systems by a single provider to their clients.

Jackson Cross’ Nick Adams enabled NCC Automated Systems to identify this building and represented the firm during the transaction. Schwartz & Company Realtors’ Joe Schwartz was present on behalf of the seller.
