The objective of this project was to design robotic actors. This robot can also interact with audiences. The development team spent close to two years building on the robot’s interaction.

Will Jackson, director of Engineered Arts, stated that RoboThespian lets viewers experience lifelike actions. He also mentioned that the robotic approach to interfacing data in a more human way makes it suitable for use as a communications device. Jackson also added that the human like robot is capable of making fluid movements and communicate with people in a very realistic manner.

The company has already displayed 20 of its robots in science centers worldwide such as, Australia’s Questcon, UK's ThinkTank, Germany's Phaeno and Macau Science Center. NASA has installed one of its robot in the Kennedy Space Center.
