Please join Blum National Sales Manager, Scott Sargent, who will demonstrate how laser measurement systems dense measurement stream boost process reliability. He will also show how visualization software provides instant actionable data for operators and engineers, and how precision probing standardizes setups in minutes. The second solution that BLUM will present at the IMTS show is the MG81 multi-purpose measuring device. It is a compact system that integrates the transmission system and sensor technology directly into the clamping systems, so it is possible to record important process data in real time during machining. This includes the current workpiece temperature, the clamping pressure, the presence of the workpiece and the clamping jaw position. This means the machining center can access and react to the process-relevant data of the clamping device at any time."
