Tosho, a Japan based company has acquired a small share in the stock of Health Robotics. This minor stock acquisition has enabled the company to avoid hostile takeover attempts unidentified third parties in America.
There will be no change in the independent operation of Health Robotics with the stock acquisition. The executive vice president of Health Robotics explained that the objectives of both the companies were in tune with each other; hence the share acquisition was smooth.
Tosho has already been involving itself in the distribution of the products from Health Robotics in Japan, the acquisition of the shares of Health Robotics now provides Tosho with an opportunity to get more involved in the strategic planning and to provide sales related advice to the company. The CEO and VP of Tosho shared his enthusiasm in the share acquisition and also extended his support to the Board of Directors of Health Robotics. The methods used for the preparation are compliant with the USP 797 regulations in the United states and GMP guide.
