Asian IDM Selects Camtek for Multiple Wafer Inspection Systems

Camtek Ltd., a global industry-specific automation solutions provider in the areas of semiconductors, printed circuit boards (PCB) & IC substrates, has been selected by a leading Asian integrated device maker to install multiple wafer inspection systems during the third and fourth quarters of 2010.

The major functions performed by this inspection system include integrated 2D and 3D inspection and measurement of bumped wafers.

According to Mr. Roy Porat, Camtek's General Manager, Camtek leads the field of 2D and 3D inspection and metrology for all sectors including the tough through-silicon via (TSV) and micro-bump applications.

Falcon systems are preferred by all leading integrated device makers for analyzing the quality of their products and ensuring end user satisfaction. Mr. Porat also assured to continue giving exact solutions as per client’s requirements, along with customer support.
