NASA has offered $5,000 worth scholarship to RoboTribe, the robotics team of the Rahway High School. This grant will help the team to develop a robot for participating in the US First regional robotics contest, which is scheduled to be held next year.
US First Robotics creates interest among children to become experts in science and technology. The organization supports them to participate in contests that develop science, technology and engineering skill-sets, which can improve inventive skills, self-confidence, interaction and leadership among students.
