M2M Data, provider of remote monitoring solutions for oil and gas industries, has declared the acquirement of Implicit Monitoring Solutions’ functional assets like Right Smart hardware, Intellisite application and electronic flow meter (EFM) monitoring system for oil and gas segment. This initiative has enabled M2M to increase its assets by around 20%.
G.C. "Scooter" Beachum III, President of Implicit Monitoring Solutions, has stated that the merger has enabled them to widen their service and product portfolio. He added that the combined solution portfolio of both the companies is highly sophisticated in the industry and it can offer the most competent communication solutions for their clients.
The newly merged assets will be managed under the M2M RMS brand, which offers solutions to the requirements of oil and gas segment.
Jason Weinberger, Vice President of Strategy and Business development of M2M Data, has mentioned that the acquisition will benefit clients of both the firms. He stated that Intellisite is an effective flow monitoring meter and M2M RMS is a pioneer in compressor monitoring applications. He added that combining both the solutions under one platform will benefit both the industry and their clients.
This merger has enabled M2M customers to access Best Path Communication with radio, cellular or satellite options, which is the most competent method of obtaining information on remote assets and also in improving present utilization of SCADA.
Clients of Implicit Monitoring will be offered round-the-clock technical assistance. This service is enhanced by the vast experience and resources of M2M. The client service also includes a 99.5% uptime service level agreement (SLA).
