The Industrial Automation Group of Advantech has released EKI-6558TI and EKI-6559TMI, the latest Ethernet switches managed by the 8-port EN50155 IP67.
The X-Ring and the EN50155 authorization enables reliable linking to the Ethernet systems and it plays a significant role in video monitoring and passenger data systems. The switches can effectively be linked with a camera for video monitoring and can be linked with LCD and LED display boards in a passenger data system.
The housings of the new Ethernet switches meet IP67 regulations. The M12 connectors of the switches are resistant to vibrations. All these features enable the Ethernet switches to be deployed in harsh industrial environments, resulting in effective transmission of data.
The EKI-6558TI and EKI-6559TMI switches feature waterproof and resilient covering to shield against dampness, condensed vapor, stress and dust. The EKI-6559TMI switch provides two fiber optic ports to ensure hindrance-free linking and increased range of communication.
