Abar LR80TCR Loading System Incorporated with FANUC Robotics M10-iA

A FANUC Robotics M10-iA robot is the main automation component of the LR-80TCR Loading System, which allows greater flexibility for shelf ready packaging lines offered by Abar, the food packaging specialists. The FANUC robot allows speeds of up to 200 ppm for loading top sealed or thermo formed rigid trays.

Every new LR-80TCR loading system contains an LR-80 robot case loader, a case erecting system for Regular Slotted Containers, retail pack in-feed conveyors and a case closer.

The FANUC Robotics M10-iA has been developed to operate duty cycles of 24x7 and has low maintenance and reliability as its key features. The system has been developed with possibilities of upgradeability for containers such as plastic supermarket crates.

The FANUC robot with its small footprint is far superior to the normal mechanical case loader/packer and hence is ideal for space-constraint facilities constraints. It also offers a choice of case erecting options and has a great ability for packing a diverse range of case formats with almost minimal or instant change times hence offering improved flexibility.
