ABB Robotics will act as a key technology partner and supplier of robotics AI powered software and hardware across ADMARES’ future production platforms. The collaboration will focus on integrating advanced robotics and intelligent production systems into ADMARES’ industrialized manufacturing model.

As part of this global collaboration, ABB Robotics will play a central role in the development of ADMARES’ planned Smart Factory in Australia. The facility is being designed as a digitally integrated, AI-enabled production platform in collaboration with leading international partners including Porsche Consulting, MHP – A Porsche Company, Siemens, EDAG Group, and leveraging advanced NVIDIA technologies.

The Smart Factory will be powered by an Industrial AI Operating System integrating robotics, digital precision engineering, AI-driven production planning, predictive maintenance and real-time digital twin technology. Through an industrial metaverse framework, ADMARES will connect the design, manufacturing and operational phases of housing into a single intelligent, data-driven ecosystem.

“We are very pleased to welcome ABB Robotics as one of our key partners,” said Mikael Hedberg, CEO and Founder of ADMARES. “With ABB Robotics joining our ecosystem, we are now completing the critical robotics component of our Smart Factory platform. Together with our partners in precision engineering, AI and industrial optimisation, ABB Robotics strengthens our automation strategy and enables us to build a fully integrated, next-generation manufacturing environment for industrialized housing.”

“ABB Robotics is proud to collaborate with ADMARES in advancing the industrialization of housing,” said Craig McDonnell, Managing Director Business Line Industries, ABB Robotics. “By integrating robotics into advanced housing manufacturing, we can help enable safer, more efficient and scalable production environments. We look forward to supporting ADMARES in building the next generation of automated manufacturing platforms.”

With ABB Robotics joining its partnership ecosystem, ADMARES continues to build a world-class consortium of technology leaders committed to transforming construction into a fully industrialized, advanced manufacturing industry driven by automation, digitalization and engineering excellence.
