Microscan, machine vision, barcode and lighting solutions provider, will reveal the AutoVISION range of machine vision products at the packaging and processing expo, ProPak China at booth number 1G56. The exhibition will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 13-15 July.
Microscan's AutoVISION Products for Machine Vision
The machine vision products from Microscan’s AutoVision range enables users to easily and quickly set up various applications such as date and lot code tracking, label verification and 1D/2D barcode reading. Machine vision technology enables manufacturers to increase efficiency, improve the quality of the product and guarantee compliance with labeling regulations by setting automated identification and inspection tasks.
The machine vision software from the AutoVISION range of products will be on display at ProPak China. It has been designed to provide real time feedback to help engineers to swiftly and easily implement their vision applications. The Vision HAWK and Vision MINI smart cameras, both winners of the Packaging Industry Ringier Innovation Award of 2011 will also be on display at the exhibition.
The Vision MINI smart camera is available with a lighting and autofocus lens and its compact size allows for use in tight spaces. It can be operated by MicroScan’s Visionscape software or the AutoVISION software. The Vision HAWK smart camera is best suited for inspection applications and an advanced liquid lens technology ensures unlimited autofocus.
