Neato Robotics has got into a sale distribution deal with Target for its robotic vacuum cleaner, Neato XV-12. The robotic vacuum cleaner will be made available for sale in more than 1,750 retail Target Stores from 16 October.

The Neato XV-12 vacuum cleaner is capable of smart, automatic cleaning of homes every day. It works on a variety of floors and carpets and is effective in picking up debris, dust and even pet hair with the help of a specially designed brush that does not get entangled with the hair. After cleaning, it ensures a dust and contaminant free environment for the home owners. It does all the cleaning automatically thereby saving a lot of time for the owners. Some of the distinguishing features of the robotic vacuum cleaner are powerful suction, systematic cleaning process, scuff-free movement, large dirt collecting bin, cleaning scheduler and self-docking for charging.
The beater brush provides a strong suction force for the cleaner. The cleaner makes use of laser-mapping technology to carefully navigate between obstacles and can also detect objects that are greater than 4’ in height to ensure cleaning around them. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a large dirt collection bin and the shape of the cleaner is in the form of a ‘D’ for more efficient cleaning around corners etc. The robotic cleaner directs itself to its dock for charging after completing all the cleaning chores. The home owners can schedule the cleaning time of the Neato XV-12 using the simple user interface.
