Syntell Offers Management Robot Software for Simplifying Manager’s Tasks

Syntell has announced that it will be introducing the Management-Robot software at the Business Intelligence Conference which will be held at Paris.

The Management-Robot is the first of its kind of software, which is capable of assisting the managerial cadre in their routine tasks. The robotic software introduced by Syntell will be able to execute material and finance resource handling tasks. Syntell claims that this robot can be applied to the ‘Doing the work for you’ management principle.

The Management-Robot is unique in its ability to free managers of their day-to-day tasks by taking over part of their work responsibilities. The robot observes the data from business operations closely and detects any anomalies in the data and immediately informs the managers. The robot even guides the managers in getting to the root cause of the problem and in taking the necessary corrective measures. The managers are highly benefitted by the robot software’s ability to filter out the information and perform the analysis instead of feeding them with raw information. As soon as the robotic software finds abnormality in the data it issues an alert to the managers through their PCs or tablets or smartphones. The alerts are in the form of icons, which the managers can use to directly access the root cause of the abnormality, the intensity of the issue and its scope. The moment an abnormality is detected, the robot assumes complete responsibility of the business operations until the issue is resolved. It then proceeds to highlight all the corrective action taken to resolve the issue, such steps are highly beneficial for audits and increases the organisations productivity. Another highlighting feature offered by the robot is access to dashboards and other important data at all times to the managers.
