Moxa has announced that it will showcase its latest industrial automation solutions based on the themes of ‘Safety and Security’ and ‘Energy Efficiency’ at SPC/IPC/DRIVES 2010 event in hall 9, between November 23 and 25.

These products cover a wide range of industrial segments including ITS, factory automation, railways and power business segments.

One of the major displays in the event will be the high-end Power over Ethernet Poe plus Switches. These PoE switches require low power supply and can be employed in automation networks that offer redundant power supply and usability. Moxa will also showcase NPort A range of device servers featuring low-power utilization, surge shield and user-friendliness. The V2000 series embedded computers coupled with Intel Atom processors of the company provides a precise solution for data handling and transmission during tough automation conditions demanding enhanced data protection, ceaseless reliability and network idleness. This high-end computer can be combined with dual-RF 802.11n wire-free access points and VPort series IP camera solutions of Moxa to develop a video monitoring solution, ideal for tough automation conditions.

The event will also feature Moxa’s product presentations at Hall 8, ZVEI Forum. Hermann Berg, from the Business Development unit, will speak on the ‘cost-effective modular concepts for compact rugged industrial PCs’, on November 23 at 4.20 pm. Gerhard Risse, Field Application Engineer of Moxa, will offer presentation on ‘innovative network configuration possibilities’.
