Schneider Packaging Launches Tissue Tough Robotic Palletizers

Schneider Packaging Equipment has released Tissue Tough robotic palletizers for providing cost-effective solutions for toilet paper, tissue and paper towel palletizing applications.

Tissue Tough Robotic Palletizers

The robotic palletizers can accommodate single or several SKU lines. They use the adaptability of robotics to cope with the low-cost high-speed palletizing demands of the tissue industry. The FANUC robotic palletizing solutions of the company can accommodate folded and rolled towels/ tissues of different sizes and develops a robust unit of any design.

The robotic palletizers can be availed in several configurations and layouts including the1-in-1-out, dual station 1 or 2-in-2-out, 1 or 3-in-3-out, 1or 4-in-4-out and also Robox, an innovatively developed small palletizing system of Schneider. Every palletizing system can be made fully automatic by including stretch wrapping, labeling, product and pallet transport conveyor, pallet dispensing, and slip sheet dispensing solutions.
