Swisslog Healthcare Solutions, the market-leader for hospital pneumatic tube systems, announces the opening of its Network Operations Center (NOC) for TransLogic® Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS). The NOC is part of the advanced customer service capability available only from Swisslog and features real-time technical support 24/7/365 to ensure maximum system uptime.
The NOC provides immediate response and resolution to alarms through remote system monitoring; returning the system to normal operations and minimizing the impact on facility support personnel. The Swisslog NOC technical support team provides escalation to a facilityʼs first responders within minutes where intervention is required. In addition, facilities will receive monthly reports on system uptime, alarms, response times and corrective actions to support high performance and active system management.

The TransCar AGV is a low-maintenance solution for efficiently transporting material such as: medication, linens, meals and waste on carts.
