The event taking place in London, from 14th - 16th November is set to bring together those furthest along the maturity curve in automated and intelligent service innovation with those who are just starting out, for a frank and open discussion surrounding the best ways to compete in the digital business era.
The agenda includes a compelling mix of workshops, case studies and the choice of 3 steams surrounding human workforce augmentation across the front and back-offices as well as over 15 hours of interactive sessions and networking.
