TestShell Automation Software Wins 2011 DesignVision Award

QualiSystems’ TestShell has been declared as the Recipient of 2011 DesignVision Award under the category of ‘Design Verification Tools’.

The upgraded TestShell 4.3 version can be used for several test applications including system testing, network testing and electronic device testing. It will be displayed at the DesignCon show, which will be held at the Santa Clara Convention Center between February 1 and 2, 2011.

The DesignVision Awards commemorate the accomplishments of the most inventive semiconductor firms as well as the most popular design devices and associated industrial solutions. Winners are chosen based on market foresight, solution newness and quality of execution.

The TestShell software provides total automation of the entire testing process all through the lifecycle of a product. It includes product design validation using production floor testing and resolving problems related to time, cost and other significant resources. It is a programmable-free software and enables test writing, automated test implementation, sophisticated lab-management, extensive test reporting and assessment. It also facilitates adaptable equipment, improved GUI control, high-end debugging and integration of resources.

Eitan Lavie, Director of Technologies, QualiSystems, has stated that this honor depicts that their company delivers enriched value to the semiconductor segment and also to the network and electronic device manufacturing companies. He added that the TestShell software will enable test engineers to offer superior decision support in the beginning of the process itself.

The winners of the DesignVision award will be formally declared on February 1 at the DesignCon show. QualiSystems will offer a live demo of Test Shell at booth #811.
