CIC Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in Dallas, has strategically planned and invested in Cornerstone Automation Systems (CASI), a company that produces and assembles a full line of innovative material handling systems.

CASI provides inventive automation solutions to enable logistics and manufacturing companies to meet the changing customer requirements.

Cornerstone Automation Systems provides both software and hardware solutions that delivers maximum performance in applications dealing with large-scale material handling, packaging and manufacturing automation. The partnership with the former President of Elk  and his management team is an ongoing initiative developed by CIC Partners for investing in companies that take initiatives for a profitable business.
