EMA to Host a New Webinar on Fast Track AIOps Automation with Prebuilt Databots

Enterprise Management Associates (EMA), a leading IT and data management research and consulting firm, today announced it will host a webinar titled "Fast Track AIOps Automation with Prebuilt Databots," featuring Valerie O'Connell, research director at EMA, Bhaskar Krishnamsetty, co-founder and chief product officer at CloudFabrix, and Tejo Prayaga, senior director at CloudFabrix.

Recent EMA research, "AI(work)Ops," took a ground-level look at AIOps as it is used globally today and as planned in the coming months. As it turns out, AI and automation form the one-two punch that makes digital service excellence possible in what is otherwise an impossible complexity of IT operations.

The research also shows that AIOps returns very high value relative to cost but that those gains are not won easily or quickly. Asked to rate the rigor of AIOps implementation, only 18% characterized the process as either "smooth" or "relatively easy."

The rest ranged between "straightforward, but not easy" (28%) and "very difficult" (11%), with 43% choosing the midpoint "challenging" as the best descriptor. Asked to enumerate those challenges, respondents ranked cost, data, and conflicts within IT as the top impediments to AIOps initiatives.

Data—access and accuracy—is both a critical success factor and a top challenge. The global shortage of data scientists in the face of heightened market demand only magnifies this issue.

During this webinar O'Connell, Krishnamsetty, and Prayaga will discuss this recent AIOps research in connection with the capabilities of Robotic Data Automation (RDA).

Topics covered will include:

The webinar is Thursday, October 28 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern. Registration is available at https://info.enterprisemanagement.com/fast-track-aiops-automation-with-prebuilt-databots-webinar-pr.
