Microscan's AutoVISION Products for Machine Vision
The corresponding software of AutoVISION is built with the aim of reducing the learning time for operating the tool. The software gives live feedback during programming, which helps engineers who are hard pressed for time, to implement the applications easily.
The cameras that are built in the VisionHAWK and VisionMINI are completely equipped for easy incorporation into the production process. These cameras can be operated by the interface of the AutoVISION or the Visionscape platform . The flexibility of the format facilitates migration from AutoVISION to Visionscape. Defect free identification of machine parts and traceability during inspection tasks are possible with AutoVISION. VisionMINI is the smallest vision system in the world and is equipped to serve embedded identification and inspection applications. Its ultra-small size, auto-focus lens is of great advantage when the lens is required to be positioned in tight spots. Machine tasks that are to be done at close ranges like colour matching, component ID and dot matrix reading are also possible using the VisionMINI.
VisionHAWK is an industrial camera that is suited over a broad range of applications such as part identification, assembly, symbol decoding etc. The lens used in this camera is liquid- based and hence offers unlimited autofocus capabilities. The camera is plug-in-play type and adheres to industrial protocols. The camera can be operated using AutoVISION interface and with Visionscape for complex applications.
