The new company will have its headquarters in Dubai. It will work towards providing Automation solutions for industrial sectors such as Process Control, Process Engineering, Electrical Safety and Instrumentation sectors across Middle East and Africa.

Technomatic on the other hand has more than 15 years of work experience in automation projects with a worldwide customer base. The joint venture brings together the expertise and strength of both the organizations. The CEO of 3W Networks regards the joint venture as an opportunity for them to capitalize on the automation solutions in the market. Technomatic dominates the industrial automation sector in countries such as the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Through the joint venture they hope to enhance their position in the market.
