Fisnar Unveils UNITOP Modular Dispensing Robot

Fisnar, a leading manufacturer of fluid dispensing and dispensing automation systems, has introduced the UNITOP F5200N. The UNITOP is a modular dispensing robot, which has been designed using innovative techniques.

UNITOP system

The dispensing robot is a unique and versatile system, which suits both the desktop and gantry mounting. It can be used by users to design their workstation.

The strong point in the design of the UNITOP F5200N is the capability of creating its own work area and the flexibility of mounting on any work surface. The system can be used on a gantry type mount that has an open access under the robot. It can also be used in a conveyor fed automation. When it is worked inside the work cells it can be used as a slave robot. The dimensions of the working area of the UNITOP F5200N are 8 x 8” and the degree of resolution is 0.001mm. The entire package consists of a control module, articulated gantry and a teach-pendant. The teach-pendant is capable of storing up to 100 programs (consisting of 400,000 points) and supports the Fisnar dispensing software. The UNITOP F5200N is best suited for form-in-place gaskets, potting, coating, adhesives and filling applications.
