Major U.S. Construction Products Manufacturer Purchases Evana Automation’s Custom Screw Driving System

Evana Automation Specialists, a subsidiary of Phillips Service Industries (PSI) and leading Systems Integrator and builder of custom, automated assembly and test systems, recently delivered a custom screw driving system to a prominent U.S. construction products manufacturer.

The system automates the assembly of modular aluminum fencing, which drastically reduces manual labor and increases quality assurance. The system incorporates innovative, flexible tooling and a Motoman robot to simultaneously drive multiple screws to specified torque/depth.
