Tyco Electronics to Sell its Mechatronics Business to Possehl & Co.

Tyco Electronics Ltd, a provider of customized components for the automotive industries, has declared that the company has made a confirmed deal for selling its mechatronics enterprise  situated in Niefern, Germany to L. Possehl & Co. mbH.

It was reported that the agreement will take place within a span of 30 days, thereby making a non-cash pre-tax loss of around $45 million. It was believed that in the present financial year, the company will produce sales worth $100 million.
